How to File A Warranty Claim

Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship up to 2 years from the date of purchase. It does not cover damages from things like misuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or if it’s been altered or repaired by someone not authorized to do so.


Please follow the Contact Us link and send us your proof of purchase (like a receipt or invoice). Once we have your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue, we'll check if it qualifies under our warranty. If it does, we'll be happy to repair or replace your product for free. 


Please include the following information:

Model Number/Item Number

Proof of Purchase (A Receipt or Invoice)

Pictures of the Issue, If Applicable
