Can I add an extra pole to extend the 9‑ft Extension Wand?

❌ We do not recommend adding another pole beyond the standard 9‑ft configuration.

Why is exceeding 9 feet not recommended?

  • Unstable handling: The 9‑ft wand is engineered as a four‑section assembly to ensure balance and control. Adding a fifth pole increases leverage and weight, making the wand difficult to hold steady—especially under high pressure.
  • Component stress: Extra length puts additional torque on the trigger gun, handle couplings, and section joints, increasing wear and risking premature failure.
  • Reduced pressure output: Extending beyond the tested length can cause pressure drop by the time water exits the nozzle, reducing cleaning effectiveness.
  • User fatigue and safety risk: A longer, heavier assembly heightens the risk of user fatigue, loss of balance, or unintended movement, especially during prolonged use.
