Why is water coming out of the 5th hole on my surface cleaner
What's happening: The fixed seal is normally in the down position. When water comes through the 5th hole, it means the seal has been pushed up. If the cleaner hasn't been used frequently, the seal can get stuck in the down position and cause this issue.
What to do:
- Take the whole head assembly apart.
- Remove the fixed seal using a needle.
